Swedish American Hall
Built in 1907 and operating as a music venue since 2015, Swedish American Hall holds a historical significance to the city. With Café du Nord below, Swedish American Hall runs a full house of music as shown on the show calendar. Its unique architecture lends well with some of the intimate performances by Joanna Newsom, Rilo Kiley and Bob Mould. Historically, the building has been used as a meeting place for many generations of Swedish Americans. It has old world charm, a grand ballroom and is flexible to accommodate private events.
